Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Johar Justice is free

Johar Justice does not collect subscription payments through the service. We store no card details and operate no checkout. There is therefore no payment to cancel and nothing to refund.

JJ is software delivered over the internet, used through the mobile app and this website. No physical goods are sold, so no shipping charge, delivery timeline or courier term applies.

2. Closing your account

You may close or erase your Johar Justice account at any time from the account controls, in the app or on this website. Account erasure is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Contact

If you believe you have been charged in connection with Johar Justice in error, write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. We acknowledge such requests within 3 working days and refund an erroneous charge in full.

4. Changes to this policy

This version takes effect on 25 August 2026. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date.
